10 tricks to bigger orgasms

While majority of couples wish to have extended massive orgasm (EMO), not everybody comes down to experiencing these repeated orgasmic waves.
Lovers experiencing one of these massive orgasms have reported enjoying more of life's joys in general, becoming nicer and more generous in their relationship.
An EMO can last minutes or hours, offering up blissful sensations at increasing intensities, reports Fox News.
And here are the tricks of this tantalizing trade:
1. Truly recognize your pleasure You want to immediately approve of your present sensations. This starts before you even get in the sack by overcoming anxieties you have about sex. This may require identifying limitations you've been taught about sex, like how you're supposed to respond (or not respond). You need to then challenge any social conditioning that impedes upon your response.
Ridding yourself of the uninvited "others" in your bed will enable you to solely focus on the orgasmic sensations, including ones that come from simply anticipating action.
2. Learn to relax Lovers have the tendency to tense up during sexual excitement, which is not conducive to extended orgasm. You need to be able to surrender your nervous system during genital stimulation. It's this letting go of tension that allows you to embrace your pleasure.
3. Get in the know The more we know about our bodies, sex, and sexual response, the better we can recognize sensations, the more we can lose ourselves in them. Become knowledgeable about sexual response, sexual anatomy, and erotic techniques.
4. Give yourselves time for pleasuring Lovers may stimulate each other by fantasizing out loud, taking your time getting to the genitals and hot spots. Teasing allows for greater energy awareness and arousal, and these are what make the experience ultimately so mind-blowing.
5. Touch for pleasure You can show your partner that you are into the moment by informing them about what you are going to do so he or she can surrender more easily. Highlighting a lover's physical responses further enables them to tune into the sensations.
6. Learn to channel your energy You want to get out of your head, directing your energy to your groin. This will make for more explosive results, plus help you to further tune into your sexual response.
7. Become an effective communicator To amplify things up, you may need to request changes that will intensify your pleasure if you're the receiver. As the giver, you may need to ask for feedback or direction. In either case, asking for more will help you to feel more. Giving approval can do wonders for a lover's ego.
8. Develop your pelvic floor muscles Exercising your pubbococcygeus (PC) muscle will put you more in tune with your sexual response. It's also what makes for more powerful orgasms.
9. Have plenty of lubricant handy As you will be loving for the long-haul, make sure you avoid the friction, pain, and discomfort that can result from working each other raw by using lube.
10. Do away with any drive-thru mentality Having an EMO isn't like going for fast food. One can't go into it thinking instant gratification. Instead, approach it as though training for a sport.

Hotel Hollywood, a must watch the movie

A horror film about an Indian American wedding party that faces a gruesome contagion is generating a huge buzz online, and early positive reviews. Hotel Hollywood made headlines with “Crack the code and WIN $20000”.
The Internet was abuzz with more than half a million hits to the web site and tens of thousands of fans on Facebook. Hundreds of code entries were submitted even before the film was released to the North American market.
HOTEL HOLLYWOOD succeeds with an excellent storyline, gripping impact, and great camera technique. Never before has a film excelled at all three at the same time. Hotel Hollywood is set at an Indian wedding party that mysteriously went missing in a Los Angeles hotel. The film is based on a real story suspiciously hinting at a government cover-up. It builds to an action packed climax that keeps you glued to the edge of your seat. The film is shot from a first person camera perspective (a character in the film is the wedding cameraman who is shooting the events as they happen) – the filmmakers accomplished this without ever lying to the audience.
The movie features excellent camera work by Mathew Boyd and delivered with sensitive direction by Param Gill. The viewer finds it easy to relate to the story characters who are ordinary, everyday individuals thrown into an extraordinary situation that tests them to the limits of their endurance and beyond. Telling you anything more will spoil the suspense; watch it for anunforgettable experience.
“HOTEL HOLLYWOOD is an edge-of-the-seat thriller, not to be missed”, says Kapil Sethi of Net Effect Media, the company that is distributing the film.
“TERRIFYING ACTION AND SUSPENSE! I felt wary and fearful for 2 days after watching HOTEL HOLLYWOOD. And just think, it’s a story that really happened”, says Mac Ferguson, Film Critic.

Kangna turns script writer

Kangna Ranaut has turned script writer. Luckily for the actress, she didn’t have to hunt much for the subject.
She reveals, “I like writing. First, I started writing my diary, which became the first draft of the script. Then, I thought, ‘Why not make a film out of it?’ Then, I finally ended up penning a script.’ But she insists that it’s not her autobiography that people will get to see on the silver screen. “Why would I want to write an autobiography? It would mean sharing all the details of my life. I can’t do that because some parts of my life are too personal for me to reveal to the world. And if I write an autobiography sans those details, I must be a pathetic person, thinking, ‘Chalo, jitna I’m comfortable I will share, the rest I’ll keep to myself’,” she says.

Google seeks partners to create Facebook rival

NEW YORK: Google Inc has held talks with gaming companies as it looks to develop a new service to compete with social networking website Facebook, the Wall Street Journal has reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Internet giant has had talks with makers of online games for the service including Playdom Inc, Electronic Arts Inc's Playfish and Zynga Game Network Inc, the report said.
The report said is unclear when the new offering will be launched.
Google already owns and operates social networking site Orkut. The company could not be immediately reached for comment.
Walt Disney Co earlier said that it is planning to acquire Playdom for $563.2 million, as the young but fast-growing market for Internet games on Facebook and other websites has exploded, increasing the links between social gaming developers and social networking.

Maryada Ramanna Movie Review

Movie Review : Ace filmmaker S S Rajamouli breaks from his formulaic films to dish out a laugh-riot and amply displays his flair for comedy.
He does succeed in his experiment and also raises the bar of the genre by riding on situational comedy and strictly avoids slapstick humour. After designing larger-than-life roles for superstars like NTR, Ram Charan and Ravi Teja, the young filmmaker sketches a self-piteous role for comedian-turned-hero Sunil to have audience in splits. Even the backdrop of Rayalaseema factionism tightens up the tale of a fearful lad who unknowingly steps into his enemies den. With the love track between Sunil and Saloni failing to take-off, the screenplay is loaded with protagonist's attempt to escape from his captors and that becomes tad repetitive. Interestingly, the director who relied on slaptick comedy in his star-centric movies, comes of age with this laugh-riot by stitching the comedy scenes around true-to-life situations- an ill-fated youngster, decrepit cycle and finally stepping into a death trap. However, the dichotomy of factionist family who believed in the adage of athidi devo bava but kill the guest once he steps of their threshold, lacks conviction.
Youngster Sunil rides on his decrepit bicycle to transport goods but loses the job since he delivers late every time. The depressed guy gets a courier from an MRO of the Rayalaseema region, stating that their 5-acre property is restored and he can claim it now. On the way, he befriends a pretty girl Saloni and lands up in the Rayalaseema region. He approaches a feudal lord (Nagineedu) to help him in selling his land but he gets trapped in his house, since they come to know that he is the son of the man who killed the feudal lord’s brother.
Comedian Sunil, who turned hero with Andalaramudu few years ago this time returns with another roaring comic flick and puts in a restrained performance. Saloni has nothing much to do, while Nagineedu, Brahmaji and Supreet do justice to their roles. However, a well-designed set, great cinematography and mellifluous tunes by Keeravani takes this comic caper to a different plane.

The best time to work out

Is it better to exercise in the morning, or later in the day?
Let your circadian rhythms be your guide. In the afternoon or early evening, your core temperature is warmer. A warm core makes your muscles and joints more supple, which helps you avoid strains and sprains. That makes afternoon or early evening ideal for exercises that tap your muscles, like strength training, stretching, and interval workouts.
Mornings are good too!On the other hand, if endurance activities are more your type —long brisk walks or bike rides — morning may be better. Your body’s core is cooler early in the day, which can make endurance activities seem less tiring. And there is less risk of overheating. But a good warm-up will be key, since your muscles are likely to be stiffer in the mornings.
No-Sweat SchedulingTune up your muscles, lungs, and heart with these well-timed workouts:Mornings: Get energised. Walk your way to a slimmer you — in your own home!
After-noons: Muscle up your midday. It can be quick and easy. Then, get flexible with a chi-gong exercise.Evenings: Stretch yourself to sleep. It really helps.Stuck in an exercise rut? Get tips on diversifying your fitness portfolio — and make long-term health gains.

Excessive milk consumption can cause prostrate cancer

London, July 26: Excessive milk consumption can increase the risk of prostate cancer, experts have found.
A Canadian research, published in The Prostate journal, found that men who drank four 200 ml glasses of milk had double the risk of the disease, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Milk contains cow hormones, including insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1). These encourage growth and may help to feed prostate cancer and perhaps, to a lesser extent, ovarian cancer.
Researchers from University College London have suggested that a few thousand years ago people avoided milk because it led to gastric pain and upset stomachs. This is because Europeans lacked the gene to produce the enzyme lactase, which breaks down the milk sugar lactose.
However, Professor Walter Willett, chairman of nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health, says there's little evidence to justify such recommendations, claiming such measures are "likely to cause harm to some people".
Willett says that "many studies have shown a relation between high milk intake and risk of fatal or metastatic prostate cancer, explained by the fact that a high intake increases blood levels of the IGF-1 growth-promoting hormone".

Anti-ageing hormone pill 'boosts pregnancy'

In what's being claimed as the world's first clinical trial, Israeli scientists have found evidence that an anti-ageing hormone pill could dramatically boost a woman's chances of conceiving. DHEA is produced in the brain, ovaries and testes and is the most common hormone in the human body. Its levels peak in people in their 20s and then rapidly plummet by the 30s. A team at Tel Aviv University was stunned by the results of a small study carried out with their patients, some of whom took the DHEA hormone supplement. Lead scientist Adrian Shulman of Tel Aviv University was quoted by the 'Daily Express' as saying, "We believed that a reduction in this hormone has a part to play in older women having difficulty in conceiving when using IVF. "The results achieved were beyond our wildest dreams. We never believed there would be a 300 per cent increase in a woman's chances of becoming pregnant when she took the hormone supplement."

Stop jogging! It doesn't always help lose weight

London, July 26: Running might not be the ideal form of exercise, especially if you want to lose weight.
Says Greg Brookes, a London-based personal trainer: "Lots of people start running to lose weight and it doesn't always work - and this is why."
"Fat is one of our body's favourite sources of energy," says Brookes. "The more you run, the more your body prepares itself for your next run. You will actually start to hold on to more fat," the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.
Brookes, with a clientele that includes celebrities, high-fliers and housewives, suggests why you won't get leaner is that the body is an amazing machine and will adapt to anything.
"The more time you spend running, the better you become at running and the more efficient you get, the less energy you use and the fewer calories you burn," says Brookes.
According to him, running is also bad for joints. "When you run, two-and-a-half times your bodyweight is transmitted through your joints."
"If that force is repeated over and over, eventually your weakest joint will give out. Usually the ankles or the knees are the first to go," he adds.
Contrary to popular belief that any exercise will speed up your metabolism, running can, says Brookes, do the opposite.

Priyanka’s fun filled shoot

Priyanka Chopra is quite excited about her next film Anjaana Anjaani, which is a love story. But it is a love story and not a romantic comedy. It is a story of two strangers who meet under different circumstances and fall in love,” she adds.

She admits that she will remember the three months she shot for the film for a long time. “We had lots of fun shooting for it. Neil, Deepika play tough in Lafangey...

The first look of one of the most anticipated films this year — Yash Raj Films’ Lafangey Parindey — is now out. Slated for an August 20 release, the film has been directed by Pradeep Sarkar and stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika Padukone in the lead.

As the first images from the movie indicate, both Neil and Deepika have portrayed extremely challenging roles in this love story. The first look also reveals that the film has a very gritty portrayal of the Mumbai streets.

The film, which follows the rivalry among bike gangs in Mumbai, required Neil to engage in some serious street fighting. Deepika dons the mantle of a biker chick, complete with leather jackets, daredevil stunts and bike rides.

Incidentally, Deepika’s first project under the YRF banner, Bachna Ae Haseeno, and Neil’s New York with the same banner, were both box office successes. Here’s hoping their lucky run continues.

Genelia too busy for Bollywood

Even though Genelia D’Souza’s last Hindi film was Chance Pe Dance she is in no rush to shoot another Bollywood flick. She is rather busy shooting for Tamil films back to back. The actress has just started shooting for another film called Velayudham which also stars Hansika Motwani. The shoot is currently on in Malaysia.

However, Genelia is quite a believer in protection from the evil eye. Recently she was required to shoot a scene where there was a crowd in the background. So her make-up man did something to save her from attracting bad spirits. “My make-up man put a small mark with kajal behind my ear to protect me from nazar,” informs the actress. “Sweetest gesture I must say,” she adds. Now we know why Genelia prefers doing more movies down south than taking chances in Bollywood!

Rain washes out 2nd day's play in India-SL Test

Rain washes out 2nd day's play in India-SL Test

Galle (Sri Lanka), Jul 19: Unrelenting rain played spoilsport as the second day of the first cricket Test between India and Sri Lanka was called off without a single ball being bowled here today.

Sri Lanka remained on their overnight score of 256 for two and the washout has now greatly diminished the prospects of a result in Muttiah Muralitharan's swansong Test.

The outfield was already wet due to overnight showers and things only got worse due to more rain this morning.

The brief appearance made by the sun in the afternoon, which prompted the ground staff to take off the covers, turned out to be a false dawn as it started pouring soon after, leaving the match officials with no choice but to call off the day's proceedings at about 1500 hrs (local Time).

The Telugu Desam party MLAs judicial custody till July 26

Dharmabad, July 19: The Telugu Desam chief, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, and 70-odd party MLAs including women have been remanded to judicial custody till July 26 after they refused to accept bail here on Monday.
Mr Naidu and his comrades, who were arrested for undertaking a trip to the controversial Babli project, are likely to be shifted to Aurangabad. They had been confined in a local ITI centre for the last four days.
This is the first time in history that an Opposition leader and 70 odd MLAs of one state have been detained for four days in another state and sent to jail.
With the police not willing to disclose where the TD leaders were being taken, Mr Naidu and his colleagues held a dharna in protest saying they were being harassed. Mr Naidu, who fasted during the day, collapsed due to weakness after angrily getting down the police van in protest against police failure to disclose jail destination and for carrying them in a rickety van here late night.
“Is this the way you treat a former Chief Minister, MPs and MLAs? Where is the need to take us this night,” he fumed on police.
Meanwhile, the Maharastra Chief Minister, Mr Ashok Chavan, offered to hold a joint meeting with the state on the Babli project, if the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh desired.
He made the offer during a telephonic conversation with Chief Minister, Mr K. Rosaiah on Monday.

63 die in bengal train smash

Sainthia (West Bengal), July 19: An express train rammed into the rear of a stationary train at 90 kmph at Sainthia station in West Bengal early on Monday morning, killing at least 63 people and injuring more than a hundred.
The accident comes soon after the Gyaneswari Express mishap where 148 people lost their lives following sabotage by Maoists.
In Monday’s accident at Sainthia station in Bir-bhum district, the Sealdah-bound Uttar Banga Exp-ress ploughed into the Vananchal Express (Bhagalpur-Ranchi). Two of the three coaches of the Vananchal Express that were hit in the collision were unreserved compartments while the third was the luggage cabin. The impact of the collision sent one compartment of the Vananchal Express flying onto the foot overbridge.
The Union railway minister, Ms Mamata Banerjee, who rushed to the spot, expressed “doubt over the reason behind the accident”. “There are certain points that raise suspicion. But we will discuss that later. If anyone is found guilty, he will be severely punished. We do not have any means to compensate for the lives that are lost. But the railways will give compensation of Rs 5 lakhs to the families of the deceased persons. Seriously injured persons will get Rs 1 lakh while Rs 50,000 will be given for the treatment of the other injured persons on behalf of the railways. We will also give a job to one family member of each deceasedperson,” Ms Banerjee announced after reaching the spot.

Casillas is World Cup top goalkeeper

Johannesburg, July 12: Spain skipper Iker Casillas has been named the best goalkeeper of the 2010 World Cup.

The FIFA Technical Study Group picked the Real Madrid shot-stopper after some outstanding performances which inspired Spain to win their first-ever World Cup trophy.

Previous winners of this award are Gianluigi Buffon (Italy) in 2006, Oliver Khan (Germany) 2002 and Fabien Barthez (France) in 1998.

The 29-year-old Casillas made several saves against the Netherlands in Sunday's final, which his side won 1-0. One of the saves was a point-blank block which denied Arjen Robben, who was clean on goal.

He also saved a penalty against Paraguay in a quarter-final match as Spain won 2-1 to reach the last four.

Casillas made history when he became the first goalkeeper since Italy's Dino Zoff in 1982 to lead a team to World Cup glory.

Mueller wins World Cup Golden Boot, best young player

Johannesburg, July 12: Germany midfielder Thomas Mueller has won the Golden Boot award for top scorer at the World Cup and was also named best young player of the tournament.

Mueller was one of four players to finish on five goals, but won by virtue of his three assists, two more than his nearest rivals- Spain's David Villa and Wesley Sneijder of the Netherlands, who each had one assist.

Mueller, 20, has spearheaded a new generation of players that include Mesut Oezil, Sami Khedira, Jerome Boateng and goalkeeper Manuel Neuer in a German team that finished third.

The Bayern Munich ace, who 12 months ago was playing in the German third division, succeeded compatriot Miroslav Klose, who topped the scoring at the last World Cup in Germany four years ago.

Mueller first gave notice of his huge potential during last season's UEFA Champions League as Bayern made it all the way to the final. It was his first full season at the Bavarian giants and he ended up scoring 19 times in 52 appearances.

He is a fast, composed and technically gifted attacking midfielder or second striker who scores and creates goals.

Ahead of the World Cup, Mueller was valued at about 10 million euros ($12.5 million), but there are now suggestions that on the back of his performance in Africa, he has more than tripled this valuation.

Mueller, who made his full international debut against Argentina in a friendly in March, is a product of a systematic and extensive German youth programme which began 10 years ago after Germany crashed out of the 2000 European Championships in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The German football federation DFB then chose to embark on scouting and developing new talent, a programme which was further enhanced when former captain Matthias Sammer was appointed sports director in 2005.

Since then the German Football League wand the DFB have invested some 500 million euros on youth development schemes.

All Bundesliga clubs were mandated to have their own junior training centres, while the DFB developed centres of excellence and talent-spotting programmes across the country.

The results have been outstanding - Germany were under-19 European champions in 2008, and then won the under-17 and under-21 European titles last year. Before that, Germany had gone 16 years without a European title at junior level.

In South Africa, Mueller extended the legend of the Germany number 13 shirt, which his namesake Gerd Mueller made famous during a distinguished career in the 1970s.

3G mobile calls to cost users dearly, says Mittal

New Delhi, July 11: Market leader Bharti Airtel on Sunday cautioned that 3G mobile services will not come cheap, especially for subscribers in metros, as service providers had to pay dearly for spectrum.

“Take the example of Delhi itself, or Mumbai. The amount for spectrum that has been charged is close to Rs 3,500 crore each... Just to recover license fees and input cost, it works out to be Rs 700-900 per month,” Bharti Group chairman, Mr Sunil Mittal, said.

Amid highly aggressive bidding for 3G spectrum, Bharti Airtel won 13 circles, including Delhi and Mumbai, paying Rs 12,295.46 crore, the highest among service providers.

The company could not achieve the objective of a pan-India 3G foot print as the prices rose beyond a reasonable level due to various factors like the auction format, a severe shortage of spectrum and also ensuing policy uncertainty.

Asked by when the service would be launched by Bharti, Mr Mittal said, “Some time later this year. We will wait for the spectrum allocation, which is promised in September, a few months after that.”

In fact, not only Bharti, but no operator could bag the pan-India 3G spectrum. The three leading mobile operators — Bharti, Vodafone and Reliance Communications — managed to win 3G spectrum in Delhi and Mumbai, which could lead to a tariff war in these two metros. PSU firms MTNL and BSNL together have pan-India 3G.

In the rest of the circles, especially in the C-category, the tariffs may not be very high.

Former model Natasha Padbidri commits suicide

Bank staff colluded with cyber fraudsters: Police

July 11: Officers at the police cyber crime cell were surprised when 10 people recently registered cases pertaining to an online air ticket booking fraud one after the other. When they discovered a common thread, the cops realised that they had an elaborate fraud on their hands. “About 10 complaints came in over the past three weeks and all the cases were similar,” said a senior police officer. “The fraudsters cheated these people of around Rs 20 lakh.”

The crooks’ modus operandi was to steal data from credit cards of shoppers at a textile showroom in Purasawalkam and use it to book air tickets online. “One of the gang members is a travel agent and the gang would book tickets for legitimate passengers. The cardholders and the passengers were never aware of the fraud until it was too late.”

When the cardholders realised that cash was disappearing from their accounts, they approached the police. Investigating officers said the culprits used the three-digit CVV (card verification value) code from the credit cards to access the accounts of the card holders online.

“The CVV code alone is not enough,” the officer pointed out. “One has to know the PIN of the account they are hacking into or the personal question used as a substitute for the PIN. The fraudsters had access to both which cannot be possible without the help of bank staff. We have reasons
to believe that bank employees connived with the culprits.”

The police has arrested one person in connection with the case and is searching for the mastermind of the racket.

Spain beat Netherlands 1-0 to win the World Cup

Spain beat Netherlands 1-0 to win the World Cup

JOHANNESBURG: Spain rules the soccer world, winning the World Cup at long, long last.

It came after an exhausting 1-0 victory in extra time over the Netherlands on Sunday. Two years after winning the European title, the stylish Spaniards did even better.

This was a physical test of attrition that sometimes turned dirty — a finals-record 11 yellow cards were handed out and the Dutch finished with 10 men. In the end, it was Andres Iniesta breaking free in the penalty area, taking a pass from Cesc Fabregas and putting a right-footed shot from 8 yards just past the outstretched arms of goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg.

For the Dutch and their legions of orange-clad fans wearing everything from jerseys to jumpsuits to clown gear to pajamas, it was yet another crushing disappointment.

Their first World Cup title tantalizingly within reach, they failed in the final for the third time. This one might have been the most bitter because, unlike in 1974 and 1978, the Netherlands was unbeaten not only in this tournament, but in qualifying for the first World Cup staged in South Africa.

Soccer City was soaked in Oranje, from the seats painted in that hue throughout the stadium to pretty much everyone seated in them. Unlike when they lost to hosts West Germany and Argentina in previous finals, the Dutch were something of a home team this time.

The Spaniards, though, were the winners.
They had pockets of supporters, too, to be sure, dressed in red and scattered around the stadium. They might have been the minority, but when the final whistle blew, they were tooting their vuvuzelas loudest in tribute to their champions.
